ITSA — the Innovation Training and Staffing Agency — was founded on a simple premise: too many qualified nursing candidates fail the NCLEX not because they lack clinical ability, but because they don't have the right preparation. And too many nurses who are ready to work can't find the employers who need them.
ITSA closes both gaps. We deliver focused, expert-led NCLEX-RN preparation through live Zoom classes — teaching not just content, but strategy. And we connect our graduates with healthcare employers who are actively hiring.
